SMUGGLERS VIEW COTTAGE

Smugglers View Cottage has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. This 'upside down' cottage takes full advantage of the fabulous views down the coast. From the private gated patio area, there is the entrance door into a well equipped kitchen/diner with all mod cons. From the hallway are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with power shower.  The staircase leads up to a cosy lounge with leather sofas.There is Freeview TV and an Echo show for music and information. The lounge windows look down the coast towards Scarborough, Filey and Flamborough Head. The patio area at the front of the cottage is ideal for a mid morning cuppa or an al fresco lunch, whilst enjoying the peaceful surroundings and stunning views

• A double and a twin bedroom (with 2'6" beds). The double bedroom can also accommodate a travel cot (for an infant under 2), which we can supply, but please bring own cot bedding. We can also supply a highchair on request

• The cottage is non smoking

• Up to 2 well behaved dogs accepted by arrangement only: Please advise at time of booking: breed of dog and age on arrival date [min. age 6 months and fully housetrained]  Dogs must not be allowed on the furniture or beds, or left in the cottage unattended

• Bikes must not be taken into the cottage - we have secure undercover storage available

• Electric car charging point (type 2) charged at cost. Check availability before pre-booking. Own charging lead required
